a dip vs yesterday but it's still so frustrating that I'm still a kilo over where I was. by mid next week my life should stable out slightly again so hoping that once that happens it'll let my weight naturally go back down.

I'm tracking my macros carefully and making sure to keep my net carbs ultra low and my protein not get too high. haven't had a quest bar in about two weeks and I miss them!
116.8 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
