bit of an unexpected peak... possibly down to a few factors. one is a terrible nights sleep and certainly not enough. another is tom is starting soon... or finally I might have enjoyed a few things too much over the weekend.

no panic yet... too tired.
117.5 lb Lost so far: 3.7 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
