Day 7 of 2nd 6 wks, 143.6lb, keto mod, bf 38.2%, tbw 42.7, visc f 8/0, musc mass 84.2/2, bone mass 4.6, 2020/50. Elipticle 65 min level 5, 2 hour bike ride, Breakfast atkins choc drink, almonds, coffee w half and half, lunch chicken ceasar salad, diet coke, dinner, chicken wings, celery, blue cheese dressing w iced tea.

As I suspected, the big loss yesterday was in part dehydration. I'm having so much fun with this 'self-study'. Clothes fitting great. Got into jeans for the first time in years (I refused to buy bigger jeans). I look terrific! Yea me!
143.6 lb Lost so far: 15.2 lb.    Still to go: 8.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
