95.5 start 7.8.15 today 30.8.15 = 90kg!!!
YAY that's 5.5kg in 23 days of really enjoying my food ~ not having any binges, no sugar, no bread & not missing them ~ now that's outstanding!!! I've also started doing full back stretches two or three times a day in my kitchen & it appears to be alleviating some of the excruciating pain I have suffered for so many years; so I will forge ahead, eating as I am & exercising as often as I can in the pool, on my back steps, in the kitchen AND I've brought a 2nd hand exercise bike which I'll pick up in 3 days & I can position it behind my lounge chair in my little Unit & ride while I watch telly..... I'm really enjoying feeling healthier each day 😃👍🏽
198.4 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 66.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
