9st 4 (2 on at WW even tho it was before dinner, and then the group went out together and had a massive meal! Oops!) Glad I've lost at home anyway, and delighted to report I've done ANOTHER 50k ride today so that Melissa could do hers :) Earned loads of calories that I tragically haven't eaten today, what a waste! Probably make up for it the rest of the long weekend yet though, esp with all you can eat brek planned Mon!
130.0 lb Lost so far: 49.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thank you! I had a fab brek today, don't do bacon as I'm virtually veggie, but poached eggs on buttered toast, buttered crumpets, granola with extra dried fruit & seeds & washing down with orange juice soon racks up a phenomenal amount of calories lol! It was great as we had Iron Man visit to surprise my daughter, it's always important to ensure your breakfast cereal is fortified with Iron...;-)
