Well today (Tue) is my weigh in day. Lost another pound....slow and steady I go. I will take it one pound at a time.
183.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Take a look at that pound pkg of butter in the fridge, and remind yourself that equals what is gone from your body. A pound is a lot, but seems like baby steps to us. Keep it up!

Isn't it satisfying & gratifying to see every pound disappear off your scales one at a time ~ my daughter-in-law has lost 35kg in the past six months so now I am chasing her tail but I LOVE fat secret; it makes you really think about what's going into your mouth and how much better you are going to feel if you change your eating habits & do some kind of exercise that you really enjoy.
