today my workout was...

60 arm scissors , 60 side arm circles , 60 overhead arm circles,
60 front arm circles, 60 side twist , 20 set ups on stayball ,
100 x's throw 3lb ball back and forth ,
20 x's arm curl with 3 lb. ball, 30 x's each arm..stretches to sky with 3 lb ball ,
15 toe touches , 100 thigh toners , 100 x's ab swing , 100 x's body shapping stepper , 40 shoulder rolls , 20 side bends ,50 knee raises , 30 leg raises setting down , 50 punches , 100 belly pin rolls , 100 butt pin rolls, 20 x's over haned and 20 x's under haned on power glider , 25 wall pushups , exercise bike....30:23 minutes

my leg is doing a little better today.
hope everyone had a good day.

my weigh for today is 192
192.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 37.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
