I was debating if I should log this or not since its a fairly ridiculous spike. 1.2 kilos up over night is fairly impossible. trying to think what I must have eaten yesterday to upset my system so much. all I can think of is I had soy yogurt and a big dinner think some how I just screwed up my macros. it will hopefully ease off back down over the next couple of days.
117.7 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
