1107 kcal Fat: 25.72g | Prot: 78.86g | Carb: 153.55g.   Breakfast: 1% milk, walnuts, ground flaxseed, blueberries, 100% Whole Grain Oatmeal. Lunch: Gorgonzola Cheese, Organic Spring Mix, Light Creamy Caesar Reduced Fat Dressing, frigo cheese head light string cheese, Strawberries. Dinner: grapes, cantaloupe, Yellow Sweet Corn (Kernels On Cob, Without Salt, Frozen, Drained, Cooked, Boiled), Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten). more...
