Jane Robbin's Journal, 12 August 2015

I have lost 7 pounds since a few days ago. I usually can tell, but this time I was surprised. I couldn't see any differences, so I measured myself and found I had lost some inches. I have been keeping track of my food and have been eating a lot less sodium. I believe this is my new water weight, so I will be moving between 199.5 and 192.5. Maybe I have kick started my body into losing weight again, not sure why this has occurred. I have not been eating all the protein I am told to eat, even though I try to, it is just so much!
192.5 lb Lost so far: 6.5 lb.    Still to go: 46.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 16.3 lb a week

good for you.... the protein is high, but I manage to get it in!
