cleaned up my eating a bit, keeping clear of salt as much as I can to minimise the chance of too much retention.

Tom should come any day now so hopefully that helps stabilise my hormone situation as well. in my personal situation right now it's hard to eat my normal and routine way. so just trying my best to do what I can where I can.
115.7 lb Lost so far: 5.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
