AT LAST !!!!
I think I have hit rock bottom !!!!!!
I went over the 200 mark a day ago !!!!
I think I have got some of my mojo back, feeling abit better again, off the booze as of now, in better place, trying to contend with hormones flying all over the place, hot than cold, tired than energy wanting to know what next to do ????????
199.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 29.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 1.6 lb a week

Feeling full of energy and then very tired is your blood sugar crashing. You know you can regulate it with healthy foods. Drinking alcohol is never recomended when wanting to lose weight since it slows down your metabolism for 2 days I think and its high in calories. Good luck :-)

take it one day at a time and whatever u do - don't give up - sometimes days are harder than others and that's part of the whole process - heck I've been up and down like crazy! One thing that's worked for me is eating early on in the day. Not everyone is the same but it's a good place to start :) and give yourself 1 cheat day on the weekend and go strict the rest of the week. This way u can drink/hang out w friends and keep yourself motivated -wishing you lots of success!
