after a weekend of massive eating, especially yesterday which was a bit on the ridiculous side I'm not too disappointed with my weigh in. need to reign back and have a good eating day with just normal routine food again.
115.7 lb Lost so far: 5.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
