Up a bit this week Not worried about it though. It will come off this week :)
210.4 lb Lost so far: 16.6 lb.    Still to go: 40.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I agree tossing and turning should be counted as exercise. I have a Fitbit and I average 14 restless periods per night. I must be burning calories...haha!
