Gained a few pounds over the past 6 months, but I have also increasing my strength training routing (frequency and the weights i lift), so I believe most of the gains i experienced are muscle gains, since my clothes still fit the same (if not even a little looser!).
130.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
