This morning I got on the scale, got off, got on again - you know, just to be sure. This dip in weight made me smile. A big, happy, silly grin, turned to my reflection in the mirror and said thank you.

Now, I just hope I wake up tomorrow, step on the scale and either see this number maintain or if I'm lucky I'll get back to my standard weight of between 52,2 to 51.7. I'm still aiming for a flat 50 by December, but have very serious doubts if I'll make it. But hey - might as well keep trying :)
115.7 lb Lost so far: 5.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
