not quite sure what's going on here because there is so many factors at play. pms is slowly kicking in so that doesn't help, under lots of stress at the moment due to a personal issue so not only am I stressed but I'm probably eating more than I should.

then there is the fact that we went for dinner at a friends and I probably got knocked out of keto.

my body doesn't feel too great, I feel bloated and big.
117.1 lb Lost so far: 4.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I stay away from the scale when I know "Aunt Flo" is about to visit!! Mood is already low around that time, why add to it by stepping on the scale? Give yourself a break and remember he bloat is due to "that" time of month! :)

That time of the month is always hard. Try some detoxifying shakes with water, mint and cucumber, or there are many other kinds.

Oh yeah... this morning I got on the scale, sighed, and walked away. Till things settle with my body think I'll just steer clear. My fasting hours are all wonky and things are too stressful now to worry about weight as well.
