Been eating SO much lately. For no real reason too. I'm letting my emotional support come from food. Whoops, that's what got me here in the first place! Now, my increased calorie consumption is not anywhere close to what it was when I originally gained weight. And it's only been 2 weeks. So most of this is water weight (let's also mention that I'm on the tail end of TOM). I'm not stressed about it, but my eating has disappointed me. I'm going back to not snacking in-between meals. I'm not a good snacker and once I start I can not stop. I haven't been really hungry either, I just feel a twinge of empty tummy and scarf!

But, it's the weekend again! OK, almost. Tonight I'm going out with 2 lovely ladies for a night on the town. It's bound to be more cals than I would like. Tomorrow I'm flying to Seattle and, as my friend says, we will be "eating and drinking our way across the city." It's only a weekend, I can handle that. Monday will be a weird day for food with all the traveling.

The BF and I are inches away from an agreement and I'm hoping next weekend when I go down there we come to one. We both understand that the distance is making it too hard to work out our issues. Although it has opened our communication greatly. We also both understand that if I don't get a job in Ohio that we're over as a couple. So I see our relationship going into a more relaxed state, almost like "dating" over "couple." Of course this could change when I go visit.

Well, Happy Friday Buddies! Have a great weekend!

I hope you have a great trip! I understand exactly what you mean about snacking and not stopping. I will eat one rice cake and then eat 3 more...I feel like I snack when I am bored even if I am not hungry. I hope you and your boyfriend can work it out, even if you arent together with him I hope you can find something that works and will make you both happy. Distance might be hard but if something is meant to be it will, maybe not now but one day. I did the long distance thing once, we broke up because of the distance but then couldnt stand being apart....so we go back together...things ended for a whole different reason and thats another story, but anyways love is a powerful thing and it can overcome many obstacles. I wish you well in whatever you decide to do! Happy Friday!

Thanks Allie! I haven't seen the friend I'm visiting since NYE 2010, and I've never been to Seattle at all! You're completely right about love overcoming distance. That's the reason we stayed together in the first place when he moved. I have 2 friends that had a long distance relationship for 3 years. At one point she lived in Kenya and he was in San Diego. Now they're living together and happy as clams! So you just never know.

You have to tel your friend to take you to see the troll under the bridge in seattle it was one of my favorite things I didn when I went there. My brother went to University of Washington for grad school. I would probably be with my long distance ex right now if it wasnt for the fact that he doesnt trust me when I am far away and now he has a new girlfriend. We randomly will text each other I still love him but was not willing to move to be with him and he kept saying he was going to move to where I was and never did. so its whatever maybe one day it will work.

Troll under the bridge? I'll have to ask her. She just told me that we're "riding the ducks" when I get there. Not sure what that was all about! Hmm your story about your long distance ex sounds kinda like how I feel right now. We each want to be with the other but don't want to give up anything by moving. Well, I would move but not without a job! Maybe one day we can find stuff in the same area.
