Help!!! If I'm following the diet and rarely slow down to sit down then why am I not losing anymore. I feel so discouraged. I start my day at 7am and I'm up doing breakfast and laundry, house cleaning...until 2 or 3pm. I rest for an hour and start again until all the kids are bathed and in bed. How much more activity can I build into my day?
248.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 98.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.6 lb a week
