We took a family walk yesterday, which was fun for us all. I'm sure carrying my 27lb little girl was A LOT of extra exercise. Gosh, it was so hot though; We had to wait till 8pm to even go! I'm trying to incorperate fun and exercise for us all to do a family life style change.
