Whoo! Getting started up again is tough. I felt like I had this down to a science before I went back to working full-time. Just gotta hop a little higher to reach the wagon. Maintaining so far, but no honeymoon period with the intense workouts of the last few days.
230.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 65.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
