I've just got back from a 2 week trip. this mornings weigh in isn't too bad. left over impact of flying plus the last few days of eating a lot of food. but now I'm back and will rebuild my normal life. hopefully in about a week I'll be back to normal.
116.2 lb Lost so far: 5.1 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
