passed the test of a night out for dinner and drinks and still came in under 1800cals for the day and another small loss over night on the scales. Went to dinner followed by a concert at a pub in Fremantle gaining a massive reputation for its Thursday night 'Record Club' where local musicians form temporary bands to re-create a famous Album, last night was Jeff Buckley's Grace and done very well I have to say.
281.5 lb Lost so far: 0.7 lb.    Still to go: 72.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
