KEEP A POSITIVE OUTLOOK: Thought I would drop more weight, but that is okay. I have to focus on making this all a habit and changing my life so that I can keep a healthy weight for a long time. It didn't come on in a short time so the weight will take some time to peel off. Exercise is making my energy increase (it has been two weeks and I slowly increased my activity). Day by day. “Don't count the days- make the days count.”
