Hi,

I'm doing quite well. I've lost about 10 lbs since I first started to exercise and watch my diet.

I have about 24 lbs to go.

:)
194.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 44.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.0 lb a week
