A quick tweak to my diet has me blasting passed my Plateau. I was skipping around 224 and 223 pounds this last week until I started eating more fatty foods. Healthy fats of course, but all I did was limit my carb intake 4 hours prior of going to bed...which I know is rule of thumb but I never had to follow this rule before. I just simply limited my carbs before bed, but I increased my fats before bed and all of a sudden I've lost 2 pounds in the last 2 days. Fats are vital to hormone health and possibly this is what was limiting my weight loss these passed 6 days. Promoting more healthy fats when needed....before bed when you sleep to promote growth and/or fat loss may have been the trick.
222.3 lb Lost so far: 5.7 lb.    Still to go: 12.3 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Have a look at the oils that I have been taking in. I have been taking tsp quantities 3-times per day of 5-6 of these key oils to obtain essentials fats, fatty acids, and triglycerides. I started this a week ago at the beginning of week #3 of my 20 week cut. I have noticed some nice moderate energy increases all week in the gym.

In addition oils above, I have added chia seeds, avocados, and increased my portions of almonds daily.

Good for you :-)

@BIGHOUSE I think I might join you in doing so, when it comes to adding more oils and fats. I could have been running low in my fat macros, and maybe that's why my weight stalled this past week.
