Shake day 2... Slept 10 hours last night, feeling better today. Starting back on all supplements. Didn't hit the 1000 cal burn yesterday - will go to the gym tonight
145.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
