One week ago I was seven pounds heavier. I take an insulin shot called R ... it is a direct hormone shot to my pancreas. Acts immediately. Works great on holding down the a1c but makes me gain weight. Seven pound loss in one week. I have kept my calorie intake low but physical activity has a lot of time for work. now that feels better just writing it to FS friends. Keep the Faith and Keep Praying.
