Another tiny drop today which feels good. Its always better to see the scale go in the right direction to the goal rather than get lost and go the opposite. Its not a victory yet and I'm not yet doing a dance of joy - but a grin on my face :)
115.7 lb Lost so far: 5.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
