I'm BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!! about to kick this diet in the but and on july 20th have a weigh in a the doctors. hopefully enough lost so i can get off of high blood pressure medicine they just put me on.
313.8 lb Lost so far: 34.8 lb.    Still to go: 103.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
