dropped back down slightly but hey not much. bit is better than nothing I guess. wondering when I'll drop back again.

I have a family bbq today and tomorrow so it's going to be impossible to weigh my food and I'm worried that my proteins are going to get too high.
115.3 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
