Day 37, Keto Mod, 145.8, BF 39.7%, Visc Fat 8/0, Musc Mass 83.4/2, Bone Mass 4.4lb, 2013/50, Eliptical Level 4 45 min, 1 hour weights upper and lower body--has been a week since I have done weights and it was tough-lost some strength but maintained weights.

Breakfast omlette, coffee w half and half, lunch salad w chicken and diet coke, dinner, atkins shake and almonds. Tonight going to vietnamese restaurant---need to research what I can eat.
145.8 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 8.4 lb a week
