I feel like my weight loss is moving at a snail speed. But to be honest with myself I am not exercising the way I should. even tho I am eating good exercise does go hand and hand.
229.0 lb Lost so far: 101.0 lb.    Still to go: 69.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yeah Im not loosing weight fast enough either. And healthy food taste like crap. I think ima get lipo.

I agree with HCB. Keep on keeping on. I recommend looking in the recipe section of this website. They have amazing healthy recipes that taste really good.
