I'm stuck. But I worked out for an hour today and I'm going to try to work out for an hour every day for the next 7 days and then measure myself at the end of it to see if I lost any inches, that will motivate me even if I don't lose that much weight.
145.0 lb Lost so far: 11.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Ugg, I hate it when that happens. Try to change up your routine. In one class I took a long time ago at my gym, we did circuit training but we set the weights really low and did very fast reps. Very cool. Playing with the intensity might also help.

Good for you doing an hour workout, hope you lost what you were hoping for! I also have to re-measure myself since starting FatSecret, and I'm expecting some good change! =)
