I’ve been slacking on preparing lunches for work and started picking my snacking back up.
Need to make sure I’m adding it all in the get a rough idea on calories, because atm it’s not accurate.
159.8 lb Lost so far: 38.6 lb.    Still to go: 5.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
