Ok, so... no surprise here to me. It's been a MONTH since I logged a weight here, and that long since I've documented my intake and exercise. I've done a pretty good job with staying active and working out when I can, BUT... I have been SO self-destructive with my intake... WTH is wrong with me? DUOH!!!

My excuses are done... I need to just get through this upcoming July 4th holiday weekend without gaining any... I'll be happy if I just remain "stable" through the holiday. I KNOW how I "found" these extra pounds, and I surely KNOW how to get rid of them...

The few things I can say on this is... I still have the DRIVE to get back to my goal weight, so it's a matter of time... and maintenance is harder than it looks with the THOUSAND excuses we all face daily... The only one that seems to do this maintenance FLAWLESSLY is our FS Buddy Snezica... SHE on the other hand is a MODEL of consistency... If I could ONLY be more like her... have more self control like she does... I too would have a "flat line" weight history...

Wow- four pounds in a month is not terrible so you were doing something well. And, yes, Snezica is a great model. You are very close to goal! You will do it!

Ditto what HCB said. I can go up 4 lbs in a day easily if I just eat without regard to macros or calories. So that in a month isn't bad. You can take it right back off. My goal for the 4th weekend is the same as yours, just make it through at status quo and that's a win. But there are some bbq ribs in my future. :)

"(You) KNOW how (you) found those extra pounds & (you) surely KNOW how to get rid of them" You will do just that! :D I agree with HCB,4 lbs in a month is NOT terrible...you ARE doing something right. As you mentioned you need to get thru the 4th without gaining any....you KNOW that,so keep that in focus! Plan & work the plan :D You are all over this Mike!!!Keep focused. ;)
