You have no idea how happy I am to see 187.8. My weight had been steadily increasing from all of the lifting. I was wondering how much I would gain before losing. The answer was more than 10 pounds. Seems like adding in the vegan protein powder was the right move. I chose Fit Protein by Whole Foods. I've also been incorporating more ab days now that I know I'm allowed to do them more than 1x weekly. Instant results, I swear. No I don't have a six pack, but you can just see the firmness and I love it.

Well that's all for now. I'm wondering how long I need to stay at work today.

187.8 lb Lost so far: 14.2 lb.    Still to go: 12.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.5 lb a week

Glad you found something that moved things along for you. I am losing bodyfat while maintaining and increasing muscle so the scale still goes down in the end.

Congrats girlie!!! I am going to try increasing abs and weight. Not too sure about the vegan protein, but I can never say never.
