Haven't weighed in for a bit. It's been a rough go but getting back on the right track. Going away for the weekend back for 2 days then possibly travelling for work. I will try to be good. I don't like the number going up.
170.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 20.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
