Haven't been doing the diet and gained a few back. I'm being so lazy about it. I know I need to lose weight but I get in one of those depressing moods and go backwards. You'd think I would want to really lose weight when I get so down about my size but instead all I want to do is lay around and eat junk! I don't know what to do when I get like this. I wish I was like my mom and lose weight when I'm stressed but instead I gain and get bigger. Help! What is a girl to do?

Try to stay upbeat. Look to us and stay motivated. Why not try getting rid of the junk food at home. It really makes it so much easier when you don't have the things that are no good for you in the house. That's my method and it works for me. Just try giving your oldest child healthy snacks too. It helps. Picture yourself looking great as you are losing. Reward yourself when you accomplish the little mile stones.. .. Come on we can do this!!

I started at 246....and now at 167....YOU CAN DO IT TOO ! Im no athlete, or crazy wacko about being strict strict...but I have changed my lifestyle, and feel so much better. Get up...and do it girl ! One step at a time!
