9st 2.5 (half on at WW) Well the Revels and the uni open days did the trick! It's hard to gain even when you're at your goal weight, it's hard to let go of that mentality that it's wrong and you've failed. But I recognise that I can't keep losing, and hence I chose a different icon to mark my weigh in on the Wii fit today, usually I have a star for losing, footprints for staying the same, and a stern face for gaining. But this gain was within goal, so I used the tubby toast smiley icon, to signify it was a gain but that I'm ok about it and not cross with myself. So now I just need to match my mood to my icon lol! I expect I'll get another chance to practice this next week as we're eating out twice today for father's day, breakfast just us 4 and then lunch with Jon's parents! I'm not at work this week, which will be lovely, and I'm going to London Wed to see Les Mis, and to Ashburnham Thurs to meet a friend, so both will involve some lovely meals out! I'm hoping the weather will be nice so I can enjoy some good walks too.
128.5 lb Lost so far: 50.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
