Finally got back to 330. Now to break that level. Went to gym for three days and I know that helps. Not on a specific diet but just eating when hungry and trying to drink more water. No secrets.
330.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 90.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
