Rishi...do you eat those cookie flavoured protein bars when you crave something sweet - and does it help???

I tried it didn’t satisfy me and not just that for just 20g of protein it has roughly 450 calories. I would get 75g of protein from whey protein powder for same amount of calories 😅

Thank you nadja and my sweet cravings were satisfied by pre workout and chewing gum. Weird eh?

Diet sodas with no calories , there are of course few protein bars such as quest, Kirkland and pure protein bars they satisfy sweet cravings too for less than half the calories of protein cookies have 😇
