What a great week! Last weekend I spent 3 days in a drunken stooper in Fargo, ND hanging out with my roommate and his sister and friends, Most fun I have had in a very long time. But with all the drinking going on I wasn't too surprised to see my weight go up a couple pounds when I got back. So the first thing I did was hit the working out, HARD. This week I cut my calorie intake way down to make up and really worked out every muscle. Its been amazing, and now to finally see a number below the 190's just makes my day! Hopefully going through the weekend I can keep this going!
