Nice! Every 1 to 3* pounds is a *serious* challenge as I like to remind people, so you did that so many times in a row! *3 lbs if you are young and very active, but that changes to 1 lb being the mark for a challenge being an understatement before you know it!

Yeah, the weight comes off slower and slower as you go. I was losing ~1 lb a week a year ago. Now it takes a month to get off 1 lb. But I'm at my goal weight now. I need to build muscle, but I'm terrified of upping my calories. I need to increase the intensity of my workouts before I start calorie loading. It's a process. I'm happy with my progress, especially during menopause. 😅 I sure do look and feel better than I did one year ago! 🥳
