1458 kcal Fat: 47.50g | Prot: 59.52g | Carb: 158.58g.   Breakfast: fiber plus yogurt berry crunch, blue diamond vanilla almond milk, coffee. Lunch: string cheese part skimmed snacks sargento, sliced turkey healthy ones, Dijon Mustard, sweet leaf diet citrus green tea, pepperidge farm deli thin. Dinner: Crispy Crowns Seasoned, Shredded Potatoes, edamame frozen, harvestland chicken thigh, low sodium chicken broth, preserved lemons, Black Olives, coffee, sweet leaf green tea. Snacks/Other: sugar cookie, mini ice cream sandwich, Fiber Therapy. more...
