Up .4 today! I was on a good downward streak this week too. I’m leaving on vacay next Wednesday for a week and don’t want to lose momentum. Any advice?
159.4 lb Lost so far: 4.8 lb.    Still to go: 39.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
