This last couple of days has been very rough on me. To help with my sugar addiction that I apparently have I have decided to eliminate fruit for a few weeks. I made it exactly one week as of yesterday with no fruit either, and I'm not going to lie it has been extremely hard for me the last couple of days. I find myself getting angry or upset really easy. I know it is the sugar talking, but damn didn't know I would have feelings like this. Today starts a new week so we will see how I do moving forward. Trying my damnest to stay busy so I don't think about all the frozen fruit I have in the freezer. Any one else out there nixing fruit for a little while?
157.6 lb Lost so far: 0.4 lb.    Still to go: 27.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Ah, I hear you. My normal diet is almost vegetarian, so going on a low calorie-low carb-high fat is driving me nuts. I miss my fruits and veggies. What I do when I get cravings though, is go to the fridge, get a slice of salted butter and eat it. Cravings gone. I did eat strawberries though when they were in season in my garden, but that was when I was wayyyyy past the first two months of induction. Now they're out of season so no more fruit :(
