Weight seems to be settling down a bit. I'd rather be slightly lighter, but I can definitely live with it if I can maintain it between 130 and 135. Right now, I'm more focused on figuring out what I want my retirement to look like.
I did finally decide to fully adopt a vegan diet. It's something I've wanted to do for a long time. Talked it over with the husband, and he's supportive.
Good news on the dental infection. After the first retreatment Monday, it seems to be greatly improving. I'll know for certain when I go back for the 2nd part of the procedure on the 21st.

That was my range of weight years ago, actually 129 to 134. Don't know if that will ever be my range again! Good luck on the vegan diet! I cou!dn't do it, but maybe vegetarian if I could have eggs and dairy. And canned tuna

Fritzy - I was down to eggs, dairy, and fish, but no meat, for a while before finally deciding to give those up. I've found some decent vegan cheese recipes that I enjoy. I also found a good recipe for a tofu scramble dry mix that I can make in bulk in advance. Two tablespoons of that plus a block of crumbled tofu in the skillet makes a pretty decent approximation of scrambled eggs. I'm really enjoying playing with recipes and learning new ways to fix old favorites
