This week's been all topsy-turvey. My son and I have both been sick, so I haven't exercised at all, and haven't been feeling like downing water. However, I also find that I'm eating less fatty food than usual. So, even though I haven't exercised, I actually lost a pound just from diet alone. Now, if I can only keep this up when I start exercising again!
155.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
