Hey everyone. I have been off in wonder wonderland for a few weeks. I have not exercised as much or as consistently as I had in the past. I have however been able to maintain my diet about 50% of the time. I am going to get back on track as of November 1st. I want to prepare myself to eat that big Thanksgiving meal!
129.4 lb Lost so far: 23.1 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.8 lb a week

Good to see you around again! Curious, how the changes have affected you on the scale. I've heard maintaining is just as tough (if not tougher) once you reach you goal. I'm sure you'll be back in the swing of things soon. Why Nov. 1 as a start date? Having too much fun to start now? ;)

Hey ladies...I think I was definitely holding my own even with the decreased exercise...if I had to guess I would say it was the diet that really made me gain weight...once I started eating poorly...I starting seeing my weight creep up...I'll be back on every day now...got to get back to 130.0! I am so proud to have stayed there for 5 weeks with little effort...
